For us to be able to find the perfect candidate for you, it's imperative that we gain an in-depth understanding of the position you are looking to fill.  At Vine Resources, we search for every candidate as if we are the hiring manager in your company.  We consider ourselves to be your partners in recruitment and will operate within your company values and objectives, thereby providing you with enhanced global reach in the market place through our contacts.

Proven methodology

We will work with you using our job requirement template to ensure that we always identify the right candidates for the role and, just as importantly, to enable us to sell the position and your company to the candidate. 

Candidate submission shortlist

Once we have briefed the candidate on the position and we have received their permission to forward their CV, we will send you their details.  At this stage, we tell all candidates which company the role is with in order to minimise the chance of further applications from the same candidate being forwarded either directly or from other agencies.

Timelines and deadlines

We will work with you from the outset to establish timelines and deadlines to cover the entire process; from the delivery of CVs and arrangement of interviews, to feedback and review procedures and the appointment of a successful applicant.

Arranging the interview

Whenever you request an interview we will ask the candidate to give us a selection of dates and times that they are available. We will then make all the necessary arrangements between you and the candidate. 

Once the interview is verbally confirmed we will send out a confirmation of the interview to both parties. For the candidate, this will include a full job specification; confirmation of time and details of who they will be meeting; any pre-interview preparation required and the full location address with map and directions.  We will also go through a checklist to make sure they arrive on time and are fully prepared to maximise the value of the interview for both parties.
