Vine Resources launched its Executive Search service during 2009 due to an increased request from clients to assist in finding and recruiting exceptional talent for senior and executive positions.
 
Our focus is on recruiting for the Information Technology, Telecoms, Banking Technology and Pharma sectors within the UK and Europe.

Our Executive Search team has more than 15 years experience of sourcing high-calibre individuals at the most senior level.  We have undergone intensive headhunting training to ensure that we can deliver the best possible service and the most suitable talent for your business.

Searching for the best talent globally

We treat each assignment as a new search and actively seek out people who are not looking for a job change as they are often the most talented.  Once we have been contacted by a client, we operate the following process:

  1. One of our senior members of our team takes a full brief at the client site
  2. Within 48 hours, we provide you with a document outlining our plan for the assignment, including agreed deadlines
  3. We start our candidate research and identify the best talent for the role
  4. We interview all candidates face-to-face prior to shortlisting
  5. We present a pre-agreed number of candidates for interview (usually two or three) together with the Vine Resources Shortlist Report
  6. We work closely with clients to assist them through every step of the recruitment process and continue to work alongside them ensuring a successful transition and first 12 months.
